  • Similar in appearance to American roaches
  • Females drop their egg capsules in cracks and crevices
  • Approximately 24 eggs per egg capsule
  • Found primarily in southern warm humid environments

    Control Advice Australian cockroaches generally enter the home through attics and crawl spaces. As the colony grows, the roaches venture out into the home. These roaches feed off of unsecured trash cans and pet food found outdoors. Seal any cracks found on the exterior and eliminate debris that can be used as harborage areas. Never leave pet food out overnight.
